We have been cooped up in this house way too long. Going on for 3 weeks now, to be exact. Everyone keeps getting sick! First it started with Aiden's yearly visit of the croop bug. And then Camden got RSV. Thank goodness he wasn't sick enough to be in the hospital, and really, I think we caught it early enough that it didn't get too bad. Then Ethan decided to get a nasty cold, but again, I was on top of it and caught it early, I think. There has been so much to do for the holidays, and when the sick bomb went off, I was only half way to being finished with Christmas. Can you say STRESS??? We are almost on the mend now...Scott is starting his round of antibiotics for a possible strep throat. At one point, I had all three boys on antibiotics at one time. It got so crazy about remembering amounts, times taken, etc., that I actually had to write it all down. Plus on top of that, Camden needed breathing treatments every 4 hours, and it was a lot to remember. So, we found ourselves pretty bored and anxious to get out and breathe fresh air and be on a normal schedule again. Here are some photos of my cute boys. Overall, I have to say that they were AWESOME! They are awesome everyday, but were very patient and for the most part kind to one another. I have decided that sometimes it's nice to shut down and snuggle in and bond as a family. I know that we are so incredibly blessed to have one another, to have overall good health, and to be able to celebrate and create new ways to have the Christmas spirit in our home. It truly is a magical time of year, even if we are sick! I am learning that you have to make the best with what you have. So we did!

A cute boy and his frog. He wanted him included in our family picture...

A rare picture of me on the blog. Have you ever seen such a handsome little boy?

This boy is awesome. I love him so much. His new word is, "Hey Dude, wha's up?"

A famous tantrum. Can you blame him after being sick for a week and a half, and not leaving but to go to the doctor???

Ethan loved the day I declared a pajama day.

Batman came for lunch one day.

Breathing treatment. Sometimes he looked like he was smoking. It was funny.

Sick eyes. Beautiful boy. This is the first day with RSV.

We got creative with our outfits.

We did get a little play time in the snow...

Still sick, but a trooper for mom playing with Bompa's camera!

And of course, a little mischief!
Now, on to our 7 year anniversary, Christmas, and a great time with cousins coming on the 26th. A shot of tropical air could do us some good, right? Only in my dreams...

I am so sorry about all the sickness that you have been swarmed with. Collin got RSV when he was a baby and it is no fun. Sick kids is never fun. But we deal and it sounds like you dealt well. Lucky you to have Batman come to lunch!
I am so sorry to hear about all the sickies. Hopefully you are all doing better!
Oh and I love the picture of you and Camden. He is such a cutie!
