Don't want to blow the horn too early...

But, maybe we are finally done potty training. I know if you read my blog, you have read my struggles with potty training. However, I think we turned the tables tonight. We went to dinner with our family, and Ethan said, "Dad, I need to go to the bathroom." Off they went, and came back with #1 success. A few minutes later, "Dad, I need to go again." (Seriously, like 10 minutes later) Off they went, and again #1 success. Scott wanted to actually eat his dinner tonight, so the next time Ethan announced he had to go, I got to be the lucky one. Off we went, knowing that he had told his dad he needed to go #2. Well, we have never had success on the big toilet, so I thought it was going to be another practice run. He told me to turn around and go away, so I told him I would turn around. Before I could turn around, he said, "Mom, I did it!" And there was a beautiful poop, in the big toilet, at Red Robin of all places. I have dreamed of this day for 7 1/2 months. (Yes, we started working on this in July) I don't want to totally start celebrating yet, because it would be just my luck. But, I am sooooo proud of him. And by the way, before we left, he did it again!
